Sachet Cartoning Packaging Machine Line

The Sachet Packing Cartoner Line is Rich Packing’s flagship product, seamlessly connecting the Automatic Sachet Sorting Machine and the Horizontal Cartoning Machine. It can organize scattered sachet packages and perform High Speed cartoning, achieving a production speed of over 300 packs per minute, meeting the packaging speed requirements of large-scale pharmaceutical enterprises.

Intelligent High Speed Tablet Press

The RQ-HZP Series Rotary Tablet Press is a high-end machine developed by Rich Packing to meet the pharmaceutical industry’s demands for high efficiency and quality production.  

High Speed Tablet Compression: Capable of producing over 200,000 tablets per hour, a 43% increase in efficiency compared to traditional tablet presses.  

• Precision Pressing: Utilizes advanced pressure control and a servo motor feeding system to ensure tablet weight accuracy, with deviations within ±0.2g per tablet.
• Intelligent Production: Features a smart control system for automatic feeding, pressure adjustment, and detection or rejection of defective tablets, enhancing the stability of solid dosage production lines.  

Capsule Tablet CCD Vision Counting Filling Line

The new Camera Detection Counting and Packing Line is an integrated solution developed to meet pharmaceutical companies’ demands for efficient and consistent packaging of capsules and tablets.  

• High Speed Counting: Bottling speed exceeds 100 bottles per minute, enabling fast and accurate counting and filling of capsules and tablets.  
• Precise Filling: Employs advanced vision inspection technology, differing from traditional electronic counting methods. It not only detects quantity errors but also identifies and rejects defective items with material flaws or color discrepancies.
